Is the class for those new to Camarillo Yoga, who have no current injuries, and for Yoga 2 students who want to deepen an understanding of yoga fundamentals and move at a slower pace.

Teachers adjust to fit the needs of the group, with fundamental practices including standing postures, core and upper body strengthening. Each class concludes with time to deeply relax and quiet the mind.

Yoga 2 and 2-3

Intermediate practice and instruction for students who are thoroughly familiar with Functional Yoga methodology, alignment and breathing.

Myofascial Release Self Care

This class utilizes specialized therapy balls to target tight muscles, fascia, and connective tissue to release tension, increase circulation, and improve proprioception leading to better movement patterns and decreased pain.

Students will learn to harness the power of their breath to improve posture, activate deep core muscles, and increase parasympathetic output for enhanced physical and mental resilience.

Restorative Yoga

This peaceful yoga class is designed to quiet your mind and is suitable for everyone who can get down on the floor. Supported by the wall, bolsters and blankets, these restorative postures help you release muscular tension, while mindful meditation helps clear mental clutter.
